RETURN POLICY

At Boutique de Noël, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

ELIGIBLE ITEMS
To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

  2. Navigate to your order history and select the item(s) you wish to return.
  3. Follow the prompts to generate a return authorization.
  4. Pack the item securely and include the return label provided.

REFUND PROCESS

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

EXCHANGES
If you need a different size or color, you may request an exchange, subject to availability. Alternatively, you can return the item for a refund and place a new order.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery for assistance.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees.
